MassMEP Announces New Regional Manager for Western Massachusetts Region

May 22, 2019 – Worcester, MA – MassMEP – Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership – a leading resource for manufacturing companies in Massachusetts, has announced that Michael Hebert has joined the organization as Regional Manager for the Western Massachusetts region, which includes Berkshire, Hampshire, Franklin, Hampden, and parts of Worcester County. He will be responsible for providing training, leadership, and support to the Western Massachusetts Project Managers on subject matter pertaining to Continuous Improvement, Workforce Development, and Growth and Innovation. Mr. Hebert will provide a hands-on systems approach to problem solving and will work with manufacturing companies to create a culture of accountability, communication, problem-solving, and cost effective decision making.

Previously, Mr. Hebert served as General Manager at Magnat Fairview Inc. (Chicopee, MA). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. His skills include customer service, technical skills such as engineering and product design, as well as project management, manufacturing management, and financial planning.
