MassMEP Introduces SCALE UP Growth Program for Massachusetts Manufacturers

November 13, 2023 – Auburn, MA – “In 2024, manufacturers will face economic uncertainty, a shortage of skilled labor, supply chain disruptions, and challenges integrating new digital technologies into their operations,” stated Kathie Mahoney, President of MassMEP. To help manufacturers address these issues and more, MassMEP announces SCALE UP, a growth program for Massachusetts manufacturers. Designed to help manufacturers accelerate their businesses, this 4-module training program provides actionable, real-world practices for expanding production-based businesses and increasing revenue.

Led by industry growth expert Chris Ciunci of Skayle 360, SCALE UP delivers a rich mix of actionable frameworks, practical exercises, and a SCALE UP workbook consisting of 15 business templates for manufacturers to apply to their own businesses. The program focuses on (a) business planning (strategy, business model, and unique selling proposition), (b) building your team (recruitment and retention), (c) winning customers (branding, channel development, and lead generation), and (d) leveraging AI.

The program is designed for any size manufacturing organization.
