MassMEP Promotes Ellen Ellsworth to Director of Innovative Growth Services

February 27, 2023 – Auburn, MA  MassMEP, the Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership, is pleased to announce the promotion of Ellen Ellsworth to Director of Innovative Growth Services. In this role, she will focus on working with the MassMEP team to develop strategies that will help set SME manufacturers up for long term success. This includes growing the knowledge base of technology acceleration within the MEP organization, as well as sharing best practices with manufacturers.

Ellen Ellsworth, MassMEP, Director of Innovative Growth ServicesMs Ellsworth joined MassMEP as a Program Manager in 2021 where she worked directly with manufacturing clients on continuous improvement processes. Prior to MassMEP, she worked at GE Aviation for 14 years in a variety of roles: management, manufacturing engineering, and materials. She is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and has received GE Aviation’s Mentor of the Year Award. She also led a 2000+ global team as Operations Lead for the GE Disability Advocacy Network. Ms Ellsworth holds a Masters in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
