Gary Mintchell, automation industry editor and founder of TheManufacturingConnection.com, caught up with me after the 2013 ISA Marketing and Sales Summit. We sat down for a few minutes to discuss what turned out to be another great conference. Not surprisingly, we ended up talking about M2M, social media, blogging, analytics, and a lot of the other geeky Big Bang Theory type stuff that today’s marketing and sales people need to know to stand out in a world overrun with data.
